Returns and Shipping

Delivery Times
I carefully prepare and ship each order as quickly as possible. Domestic orders typically arrive within 6-8 business days, while international orders usually take 12–16 business days, depending on location and customs processing times.

Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, I accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is in its original condition. Please note that return shipping costs are not prepaid. To start a return or exchange, simply email me at info@allington-art.com, and I’ll guide you through the process.

Commissions & Custom Work
Each custom painting is created especially for you, so I’m unable to offer refunds on commissioned pieces. However, I want you to love the final result. That’s why I include a complimentary revision before the design is finalized. Any additional changes requested after final approval may be subject to an editing fee.
